• Shipping & Returns



    All orders are shipped via Canada Post and may take up to three days to prepare, package and send out. Delivery times will depend on your location and you will be sent a tracking number for your order after you have paid and once it is sent out.

    Please allow additional time during busy/holiday seasons.

    Canada expedited shipping: starts at 16.99, depends on weight and is calculated at checkout.
    US expedited shipping: starts at 21.99, depends on weight and is calculated at checkout.

    I want you to be pleased with the products and services you receive from me. I also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of the products, I cannot accept returns. However, I do consider refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.

    Damaged Items
    If your product arrives damaged, please notify me by email at shannon@earthmindandbody within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product with a photo. Once notified, I will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (Square payment),

    e-transfer or PayPal account within 3 business days.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
